PodcastBlaster (http://www.podcastblaster.com) is a website that will create the RSS feed for you. You simply create an account, enter the info for your podcast and then episode information. As you add episodes you can log back in and add them to update your RSS feed. A simple, easy to use and free tool

No microphone, no hosting site? No Problem! With Gabcast you can use your landline or your cellphone as the mic. Simply sign up for a free account at gabcast.com and dial in to the number provided to record your audio podcast. It works great. You can even have your recordings posted to your blogspot or wordpress blog. Now that is cool, and it was easy to set up.

This site allows you to type in the URL of a RSS feed and it will evaluate your feed for errors. Call it a feed validator.
